In the hustle-bustle of modern life, it?s difficult to juggle all the responsibilities at work and those in your personal life, such as a well-run and maintained home.

Cleaning and Maintenance Client

With 9 years Hawaii Loa Property management, personal assistant, cleaning and maintenance for clients. Provided between 20-60 hours each of staffing to include: 2 housekeeping staff, 1 houseman, and 1 personal assistant and estate management staff, provided full interior and exterior cleaning and maintenance services. Annual projects included; Interior and exterior painting, staining, stucco repair, powerwashing, resealing granite, quartzite, and flagstone patios and so much more.

Estate Cleaning and Maintenance Client

Current private client for the past 3 years, we provide 40 hours a week of complete year around daily, weekly, and monthly interior and exterior cleaning and maintenance. Our Daily and Weekly responsibilities include: Power washing all walkways, pool and patio decks, extensive stainless steel railing rust prevention maintenance, preserve and polish all teak furniture and koa cabinets, wipe down all marble and wooden surfaces. We are hired to also provide estate management services.
